Please log in as a member through MyJALCARD and request a "Withdrawal Notice" from "Request Information."
*If you have multiple JALCARD, please select the type of card displayed on the MyJALCARD screen.
We will send the "Withdrawal Notice" to your registered address within approximately one week.
To log in, you will need JMB membership number and JAL Mileage Bank password.

annual fee for JALCARD is charged on the expiration date of the card. If you complete the cancellation procedure by the end of the last day of the card's expiration date, you will not be charged annual fee for the next year.

Even after canceling JALCARD JALCARD, you will continue as a JMB member, so you will be able to continue using the valid miles you have accumulated so far.

[About JALCARD Tour Premium]
JALCARD Tour Premium annual registration fee (2,200 yen [tax included]) will be charged from the month you register for Tour Premium. If you complete the cancellation procedure by the end of the month of registration, you will not be charged the next annual registration fee. When you cancel your card, you will also cancel this service.
* This may differ from the card's expiration month. You can check the month of your Tour Premium registration on the members-only online service "MyJALCARD" (after logging in, please refer to "Your card information").
[About Family Programs]
・Please note that when you cancel your Family card, you will also be cancelled from JALCARD Family Program, and you will no longer be able to Redeeming miles.
[Others]
- Depending on when you cancel your membership, you may receive a "renewal card" for which shipping arrangements have already been made.
・It takes time to link with co-branded credit card company, so your card may remain usable for a while after canceling JALCARD.
・We do not send a "Notice of Completion of Withdrawal" in response to your returned withdrawal form.
・In the event of a Member's death, the legal heir may inherit the valid Miles accumulated in the Member's mileage account by following the prescribed procedures.
