After completing the withdrawal procedure, JAL Mileage Bank office will arrange for the "Agreement Form" to be sent to you.

If primary member passes away, family member will also automatically withdraw from membership.
[About JALCARD Family Programs]
When you cancel JALCARD, you will also cancel your membership in JALCARD Family Program.

・Depending on the time of withdrawal, mailings for which shipping arrangements have already been completed may be delivered to the deceased member's address.
・If you have a contract for automatic transfer of utility charges for the member's usage, please have your family contact each contract partner.
・Services linked to JALCARD, such as ETC cards, will also be canceled.
