To cancel your JALCARD membership, please submit a "Withdrawal Notice".

After logging in as a member to MyJALCARD, please request a "Withdrawal Notice" by clicking on "Request Information."
*If you have multiple JALCARD, please select the type of card displayed on the MyJALCARD screen.
We will send the "Withdrawal Notice" to your registered address within approximately one week.
To log in, you will need JMB membership number and JAL Mileage Bank password.

[About annual fee]
JALCARD annual fee is charged after the month of expiry on the card. If you complete the withdrawal procedure by the last day of the expiration date, you will not be charged the next year's annual fee.
If you complete the procedure after the expiration date, we will not be able to refund annual fee that has been billed or confirmed.

[About family member]
If primary member withdraws from membership, family member will also be automatically withdrawn from membership.

How do I cancel Family card?
[About miles]
Even after canceling JALCARD JALCARD, you will continue as a JMB member, so you will be able to continue using the valid miles you have accumulated so far.
""JAL App" or "Please download the JAL Mileage Bank App" orYou can check your valid mileage by logging in to JAL website using the same JMB membership number.
[Handling of various optional services]
・" JALCARD Tour Premium"
You will be billed from the month you register for Tour Premium*. If you complete the cancellation procedure by the end of the month in which you registered, you will not be charged the next annual registration fee. When you cancel your card, you will also be cancelled from this service.
*This may differ from the card's expiration month. You can check the month of your Tour Premium registration on the members-only online service "MyJALCARD" (after logging in, please refer to "Your card information").
Cancellation of JALCARD Tour Premium only
・" JALCARD Shopping mile Premium"
Just like JALCARD annual fee, the fee will be charged after the expiry date on the card. If you complete the withdrawal procedure by the last day of the expiration date, you will not be charged the next year's Shopping mile Premium annual fee. When you cancel your card, you will also cancel your membership with this service.

[About Family Programs]
Please note that when you cancel JALCARD, you will also be cancelled from JALCARD Family Program, and you will no longer be able to Redeeming miles.
[Others]
- Depending on when you cancel your membership, you may receive a "renewal card" for which shipping arrangements have already been made.
・It takes time to link with co-branded credit card company, so your card may remain usable for a while after canceling JALCARD.
・We do not send a "Notice of Cancellation Completion" in response to the returned cancellation form. For information on how to confirm the completion of cancellation, please seehere.
