JALCARD is about to expire. When will my new card be shipped?
You can use your card until the end of its expiration date. (Example) In the case of "07/24" → [Available until the end of July 2024]

Your new card with a new expiration date will be sent to you by the beginning of the expiration month once the renewal review has been completed by co-branded credit card company. The shipping date of the "renewal card" will vary depending on partner brand.
