How do I change my name?

To change the name on your JALCARD, please submit a ``Change Notification'' by mail. The new card will be delivered approximately 3 weeks after the form arrives at our company. Until then, please use your current card. *If you only have JAL Mileage Bank Card (JMB Card), please contact JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) Japan District Membership Office. <Online request> MyJALCARD *After logging in as a member, please request a "Notification of Changes (Name Change)" from "Request Materials". If you have a family card, you cannot make a request online. Please contact us by phone.

You will also need to register an account under your new name. Please do not forget to fill out the account change section on the document.
[Note] ■Your card number (16 digits) will change (excluding JALCARD Suica, JAL Diners Card, and JAL American Express® Card). If you have contracts for automatic transfer of utility bills using your current card number, after receiving your new card, please contact each contracting party yourself to inform them of the change of card number. ■If you have a duplicate "JMB WAON Card" or any "JMB Affiliated Card," please contact JAL Mileage Bank Services after receiving your new card. ■ If you have JAL Global Walllet Card and are registered for the Shopping + ATM plan, please contact JAL Pay Service Desk after receiving your new card. ■ If you only have JAL Mileage Bank Card (JMB Card) name changes can be made at JAL Mileage Bank Services. ■Once you receive your new name card, please cut up the old name card and discard it. If you are a Suica member, please note that the Suica function of your current card will be suspended until you receive your new card. You can still shop and accumulate miles as usual. For information about transferring your Suica balance and handling your current card, please check the instructions provided when your card was delivered.
