How do I change my JALCARD payment bank account?
Answer
To change the automatic transfer account registered to JALCARD, please complete the procedure online or submit a "Notification of Changes" by mail.
<How to apply online> [JAL JCB Card and JALCARD OP Credit Members] "Please log in as a member on "MyJCB" and complete the procedure.
[For JALCARD Suica members] "Please log in as a member on "VIEW's NET" and complete the procedure.
[JAL Diners Card members] "Please log in as a member on Club Online and complete the procedure. *For "JAL Diners Business Account Card", changes to the automatic transfer account cannot be made online. Please make the change in writing.
[For those who have other JALCARD] Unfortunately, this cannot be done online, so you will need to complete the procedure in paper form.

<Points to note> It will take approximately one month for the procedure to be completed. ・Please check your statement or each company's website to confirm that the change has been completed. ・Personal cards (excluding the "JAL Diners Club Business Account Card") cannot be registered to corporate accounts such as stock companies. If you wish to register an account with a corporate status, please click "corporate card” and “Please consider applying for the JAL Diners Business Account Card. ・If neither the delivery stamp nor your signature are registered, please affix your desired seal in the delivery stamp area. However, some financial institutions may require a seal to be delivered to the financial institution for account transfer. Please contact your financial institution in advance to discuss setting up account transfer. If you do not require a seal, please include a memo to that effect and return it.
