How do I change my address, workplace, and phone number?

To change the address, telephone number, work information, etc. registered on JALCARD with credit function, please follow one of the following procedures. We will forward your contact information to co-branded credit card company and JMB office (it will take approximately one week for co-branded credit card company and 2-3 days* for the JMB office). *Overseas addresses will be updated in approximately one week. When usingMyJALCARD authentication code (old: security number) is required. *If you do not know your MyJALCARD authentication code,please check here. *If your account or name changes, you will need to submit a "Notification of Changes". Please log in to MyJALCARD and request materials from "Request Materials".
