How to cancel "JALCARD Shopping mile Premium"?

To cancel Shopping mile Premium, please complete the online procedure or submit cancellation form of JALCARD Shopping Mile Premium. We also accept inquiries by telephone from the primary member.
*For cards that automatically enroll in Shopping mile Premium, such as CLUB-A GOLD Card, Platinum, and JAL CLUB EST, it is not possible to cancell from this service only.
<Online procedure> Please log in to "MyJALCARD" and go to "Premium Service Procedures" > "JALCARD Shopping mile Premium" > "Cancel Membership" to complete the procedure. *If you have multiple JALCARD, please select the type of card displayed on the MyJALCARD screen. *After completing the procedure, you can confirm that the cancellation procedure has been completed in the "Message Box" within "MyJALCARD".

[Please note] ・If you complete the procedure online, the service will be canceled upon expiration of the expiry date. It will be eligible until the expiration date. ・ The annual fee will be charged on the expiry month of the card. If you complete the cancellation procedure online by 10:49AM on the last business day of JALCARD Contact Center in the month of expiration, you will not be charged annual fee for the following year. If you complete the procedure after 10:50AM, you will be charged the next year's annual fee, and the service will be canceled at the expiration of the next year's expiration date.
<How to request Withdrawal Notice> ·online MyJALCARD primary member should log in and request the "Withdrawal Notice of JALCARD Shopping Mile Premium" by clicking "Request Information." *You will need JMB membership number and password to log in. *If you have multiple JALCARD, please select the type of card displayed on the MyJALCARD screen.

Enter your card number and PIN number when prompted by the automated voice guidance to make the process smoother. [Points to note when cancelling by paper or phone] ・ JALCARD Shopping mile Premium annual fee will be charged on the expiration date of the card. If you complete the cancellation procedure by the end of the last day of your membership expiration date, you will not be charged annual fee for the next year. ・If you complete the procedure after the expiration date, we will not be able to refund any annual fee that have already been charged or confirmed. ・Any purchases made up to the end of the month in which you cancel your membership will be eligible for the JALCARD Shopping mile Premium.
